Add button to create a process template from a running process

A user must be able to create a template process from a running template (or one that completed, whatever its state).

Please add a button triggering the CreateProcessTemplate on the process detail page, next to the "workers activity" button.

The button's name is Create template, and a small modal should appear:

• to confirm that the user wants to create a new template
• and ask him a required name for that template
