Errors on transcription deletion are not displayed

1. Open any element with a transcription.
2. Either use Surge, kill your local backend, or logout from a different tab.
3. Click on the Delete button on the transcriptions panel.
4. Cry as nothing happens.
5. Click on Manage and click on the Delete button.
6. Cry some more.
