The Configure workers button is clickable even when disabled

1. Create a process on a large corpus
2. While the ListProcessElements preview is loading, and the entire form looks disabled, click on the disabled Configure workers button
3. You get sent to the workers configuration, even though the button is disabled
4. Cry, out of confusion
