Batch deletion is not unset when closing the annotation panel

There is an issue with the batch deletion. When you don't disable it before closing the annotation panel, it is still enabled. How to reproduce:

• Go to an element with children element
• Enter annotation mode
• Pick the deletion tool and enable the batch deletion
• Close the annotation panel
• Cry as you can still delete elements when you click on them
