Eradicate Git imports

• Remove arkindex_tasks.import_git
• Remove arkindex_tasks.build_worker_version
• Remove arkindex_tasks.git, which should no longer be used
• Remove the dependency on docker from requirements.txt (closes !318 (closed))
• Remove the integration tests and their CI job
