Parse and import Transkribus transcriptions from tasks

The upload_transcriptions method must be rewritten to do the following:

1. parse transcriptions in the "transcript" file
2. for each transcription found:
   1. create a new sub element, with the specified zone
   2. create a new transcription that sub element
