Start validation after a few epochs

In most cases, the model is quite poor during the first few training epochs, so validation takes a very long time and the results are bad. We can start evaluating after a few training epochs.

• Set a value at 5 or 10 epochs, for example OR
• Add a parameter to the training configuration.
