Use official Pypi repo for Pylaia dependency

Up until now, the Pylaia dependency was always installed through a git requirement.

@babadie and @starride worked hard to publish 1.0.2 on pypi. Please update the dependency to use this version of pylaia that should be installable via pip install pylaia.
