Model migration

We need to

remove model publication in CI, i.e. the publish-model-*** CI job
remove the workers linked to a model in .arkindex.yml other than training and generic ones
not copy the model directory in the Docker image -> Dockerfile

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
