Add model trained on SIMARA-Chambray data

You should create a new folder in models named pylaia_simara_chambray and put your model's files there. Please create a Readme.md describing all the model's performance on the dataset. You may take inspiration from other models.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
