Remove Tesseract Recognizer

This worker is archived on most instance.

Remove:

• .arkindex.yml info
• support for lang parameter (in both worker.py and tesseract.py)
• If you absolutely need to tell pytesseract what language it is, parse the stem attribute of the only file in self.extras_dir.
