Support worker run ID in DestroyWorkerResults

Refs https://redmine.teklia.com/issues/6109

The endpoint DestroyWorkerResults should support either:

  • worker_run_id
  • worker_version_id + model_version_id + configuration_id

When the worker run ID is set, all other fields must be set to null (and thus ignored)
