Index elements zones in Elasticsearch

As transcriptions does not have their own zones anymore (#310 (closed)), their element zone should be indexed in Elasticsearch instead.
Transcription type filter should be removed.
A frontend PR should allow to see the element zones again (using the vue/Image/ElementImage component)
