Serialize dates in data import list

We can easily export the creation date of a dataimport, and the already calculated last_task's updated date.

Those will then be displayed in the frontend process list page as:

Created X hours/days ago with a tooltip with precise date, when the workflow is pending/running
Finished X hours/days ago with a tooltip with precise date is finished
