Manage Repository.credentials through admin

An admin should be able to :

1. list all oauth credentials, displaying the user name + provider
2. be able to filter by provider
3. be able to search by user
4. view and edit their properties (token, refresh_token, username, provider, state)
5. create a new oauthcredentials, specifying all these values ⤴
