Remove with count validation

Valentin Rigal requested to merge remove-cursor-count-validation into master

Allows the frontend to retrieve elements count retrieving a page with a cursor first.
Could cause a dumb pagination to retrieve results count for each page (as with_count parameter will be present in the next URL)
