Add CorpusExport model

I could add a job_id field and a job property which retrieves the job from Redis, but as none of the issues in the milestone currently require such access, and as there have been over 2500 timeouts reported to Sentry in the last two weeks on /api/v1/jobs/, I chose not to at all.
