Clean expired workflows

I did not implement DataImport deletion. I feel worker activities can be pretty essential for ML, just to find out where a process failed if it was waiting for a while for some fixes, or to see which workers ran and in which order on a corpus even months or years later. We could still implement that in a follow-up anyway…
