Export WorkerRuns

Closes #1486 (closed)

Tested by adding a WorkerRun ID on 5 million ML results, exporting the project, deleting the project, and re-importing it. The export query takes as much time as the existing WorkerVersion query (~45 seconds), and the re-import does link to new WorkerRuns on the local process.
