Remove Docker binary build

The Docker binary build is not needed anymore as we'll rely on EE build since https://gitlab.teklia.com/infra/playbook/-/commit/010897f0e15eb5c739d9ca5a35f61baf4f16b2eb

This breaks dev setups since they use this binary build. Do we update the architecture now to switch to EE, or do we only use the regular CE build, or some secret third option?
