Fix a too long request in metadata Admin interface (dumping all acts)

Valentin Rigal requested to merge fix-metadata-admin-pages into master

'element' attribute, that was by default in metadata admin fields, caused too long SQL request to retrieve the list of all acts.
(and firefox issues with a too long ) raw_id_fields remove options list for 'element'
