Generate a single fixture for use by all unit tests, and remove setUp() methods

IL faut ajouter une commande au Makefile test-fixtures qui :

1. renomme la DB actuelle en arkindex_tmp_fixtures
2. crée une nouvelle db vierge
3. lance le tool
4. lance dumpdata > path/to/fixtures.json
5. trash la db
6. renomme arkindex_tmp_fixtures en db par défaut
