Alto Upload: Follow page order from METS
If an order is defined (in the METS file, fileSec::fileGrp) we should follow it. Right now, we simply list the files at a given path.
We could add an additional check in that case, that makes sure all files described in the METS are present.
This argument would be optional --mets.
