Type and worker version filters on entities CSV export

The arkindex export <db> entities command should support some optional filters:

  • --type <slug>, to only include the TranscriptionEntities on transcriptions on elements of a specified type slug.
  • --worker-version <uuid>, to filter by transcription_entity.worker_version_id`.
