Model version publication: Fix folder publication

There are issues when publishing folders, as well as files inside folders/subfolders. Need to write unit tests and everything but this somehow fixes

  • folder publication, using --use-parent-folder
  • hash computation of folders content (Pylaia-like models) so Closes #121 (closed)
