Say even more that you can't have two datasets named the same

ml bonhomme requested to merge mlsplits-errors into master

closes #174 (closed) even though I think the main problem is that the person we're not going to name who created the Redmine issue simply did not read the documentation, as the error was perfectly explicit and the doc also stated explicitly that you could set the dataset name and it defaulted to "Training dataset".
