Tutorial: Update `val` mentions to `dev`

Depends workers/yolo#53 (closed) and workers/pylaia#75 (closed)

workers/yolo#53 (closed) and workers/pylaia#75 (closed) introduce the same breaking change in the training workers. The name of the validation set has been updated to dev to respect our naming convention at Teklia.

The tutorial has to be updated accordingly.
