Add every tutorial page in draft mode

We want to build a complete tutorial showcasing both arkindex & callico to run a classic ML Prod project using classification, segmentation and transcription.

I'm only filling empty pages here, to then create one issue per page which will be worked on by different persons.

At first these pages will live as draft, only being visible locally (we could add a CI step to build it with draft pages too).
