This MR was a long work, building a Python script convert.py to port over Zola markdown to mkdocs-material markdown.

All URLs from doc.arkindex.org match a page content or get redirected to a new, cleaner url.

The python content conversion script is available to port a forgotten zola file... or an old merge request
