Update to export version 8

This adds datasets, dataset elements, and WorkerVersion.version.

I could not re-import the original fixture into Arkindex to export it, so I updated the fixture manually in the SQLite shell. I could not use pwiz to regenerate the models either as it was completely rewriting the whole file, and writing the models by hand was faster.
