Support worker run display everywhere

Follow-up of #1108 (closed):

⚠ Everywhere there is a worker version tooltip, there should be the same cog icon to display the worker run display (when worker_run_id is set of course).

We first need to identify where the worker versions are currently displayed and where both versions and runs should be displayed (maybe they are still currently missing in some places!), and then determine how we will display them, as the current summary display cannot fit in all layouts.
