Display user worker runs

A new page exposed as /process/worker-runs should be available from the top user menu (the one with email field as clickable button), just below "Workers" and of course named "Worker Runs".

This page will simply display as a paginated table the worker runs available from ListUserWorkerRuns.

Columns to show are:

• Worker run ID with copyable component
• Worker run Summary
• Worker version docker image ref
