Secure dangerous process actions

The dangerous actions to retry & stop a process should be separated from the other non-dangerous actions (worker activities, links to configure, ...)

Steps:

1. add a bulma separator in the actions dropdown on a process detail page
2. display a confirmation modal (bulma modal, not vanilla js) to ask the user if he really wants to stop or retry the current process, displaying its name (if any) in the modal
