Edit an AllowedMetadata

Depends on #754 (closed), #757 (closed) and https://gitlab.com/arkindex/backend/-/issues/837

A project administrator should be able to edit an existing Allowed metadata, displaying its values in a modal when clicking on the "edit" action from the table.
