Make controls in fields with addons rounded

Some components show button bars in table rows ; those button bars are described as .field.has-addons, which allows multiple buttons to stick together. When there is only one button in the button bar, due to the way Bulma handles borders in .has-addons, the single button looses its rounded borders.
