Remove EntityPanel

Requires !1067 (merged), closes #780 (closed)

This was the only use of ListElementEntities, whose abilities are now made completely useless: ListElementMetaData + ListTranscriptionEntities do a better job at listing all entities on an element. We should consider nuking this endpoint…
