Set text orientation when creating or editing a transcription in the frontend

ml bonhomme requested to merge create-text-orientation into master

  • Create a transcription with a text orientation (default: horizontal-lr)
  • Edit an existing transcription's text orientation
  • Store text orientation in the store

has-plain-text is a div now because direction does not work in spans
