Bump Axios to 1.1.3

I read through the changelog of every release since 0.22 and concluded that none of the breaking changes actually affect us. I fixed the TS issues that required the Axios bump successfully and tested various parts of the frontend, including the process status polling, job polling, file upload and element navigation using If-Modified-Since as those involve a bit more HTTP logic than usual, and everything appears to be working.
