Since ListAgents and ListFarms will only be available in EE, we'll also need patches to hide the View agents button in the process list, disable the /process/agents/ route, hide the farm selection fields in the S3 import, file import, or process configuration pages, and hide the farm display in the process status page, all depending on the enterprise feature, like in !1633 (merged)
