Upgrade to Bulma v1

Closes #1438 (closed)

Two minor dependencies are not compatible:

• bulma-switch (https://github.com/Wikiki/bulma-switch/issues/85)
• bulma-tooltip (archived project)

TODO: Sass -> CSS + many fixes (multiprogressbar, color, theme) requiring to check the app page per page.

I did a bunch of things, colors should be better in surge.

The app is usable, but there are still many display issues with both light and dark versions:

• Button's text should be white
• Links color is wrong
• Button's size does not apply (is-large, is-small)
• Missing toggle for display (due to bulma-switch removal) And some more.
