Bump node to v22

There was a mismatch in the version actually (package.json specifies node: >=20.0.0 <22.0.0).

Build warn about an incompatible lib version node-ipc. That has been patched in 10.1.11, but @vue/cli has no update for this.

The build passes fine however ! I was able to run the application normally (local and docker).
