Send WorkerRun IDs everywhere

This adds worker_run_id on every API call that supports it, on the file, IIIF, S3 and Transkribus imports. This can be tested locally by starting any of those imports, waiting for the tasks to crash because the WorkerRun ID is missing, then editing the Ponos recipe to add ARKINDEX_WORKER_RUN_ID yourself…
