Slay the Workflow from the Git import

Consequence of teklia/arkindex/backend#1475: the PONOS_WORKFLOW environment variable no longer exists (it is removed in teklia/arkindex/ponos-agent!20), and CreateTask now requires a process_id instead of a workflow_id.
