Best model is not saved

I'm currently training a model on Enguehard lines and the best model is never saved, I only have the last model in the output folder.

I checked and I have a lot of free space on WORK on Jean Zay. I wonder if it can be due to this. Maybe because of the multiprocessing, the saved model would be directly deleted? Before this commit, we never had this problem.
