Do not fix label names

Yoann Schneider requested to merge correctly-parse-labels into main

https://gitlab.com/teklia/dla/doc-ufcn/-/merge_requests/43 wrongly set the label names to ['text_line', 'picture'] here.

The label names are provided as keys of the label_polygons dictionnary.
