Start corpus indexation

I found no simple way to prevent starting the same job twice.
I tried with a unique key (task.delay(…, job_id=f"build-index-{corpus_id}") but in this case the job is replaced by a new one.

Please also send an email after the task ends. From the issue description:

The new indexation task must send an email to the administrator once the corpus has been indexed.
