Excavate worker version IDs from corpus exports

I had to update the test fixtures to add worker runs on transcriptions to get the load_export tests to work, which required changes in tests unrelated to this MR.

I was unable to use arkindex load_export on a current sqlite export from prod (from this random project)

I get error about an uuid (probably a worker version ?)
