Add full IIIF image url to Alto export

Since the existsing fileIdentifier already was the image's IIIF url, without the /full/full/0/default.jpg thing, I just added a fileIdentifierLocation attribute to it instead of adding another fileIdentifier. Changed the name in the code from page_url to image_url since that's what it is and it confused me.
