Support worker version model usage in arkindex workers publish

I got confused because of the automatic yml declaration of workers from the CLI (I forgot to pull the new repo initially). I was able to publish a worker version on preprod: https://preprod.arkindex.teklia.com/api/v1/workers/versions/9412caf4-0296-4050-bffa-f3706d658189/
